* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 14.8 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 AM EDT Sunday was 14.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.3 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
