* WHERE...Tiffin River at Stryker.
* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood waters begin to affect some farm buildings near Stryker and flood some secondary roads.

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:15 PM EDT Friday was -9999.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
