For the Maumee River...including Grand Rapids, Waterville...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Killbuck Creek...including Killbuck...Minor flooding is forecast. Flood waters affect several low lying roads in Woodville including Erie Street, South Cherry Street, Riverside Drive, East Main Street, and Water Street. Backwater from Victoria Creek flood Fort Findlay Road and Grand Avenue. Half a dozen homes inundated in Pemberville. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.7 feet on 02/07/2008. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
