* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:25 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 13.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:25 PM EDT Tuesday was 14.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Thursday evening and continue falling to 8.4 feet Sunday evening.
