Saint Joseph River Michigan at Niles affecting Berrien, St. Joseph and Cass MI Counties.

North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville affecting Noble County.

Tippecanoe River near Ora affecting Pulaski County.

Tippecanoe River above Winamac affecting White, Carroll and Pulaski Counties.

Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier affecting Williams County.

Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Defiance, Allen IN and De Kalb Counties.

Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Fulton OH, Defiance and Williams Counties.

Saint Joseph River Michigan at South Bend affecting Berrien, St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Joseph River Michigan...including Three Rivers, Mottville, Elkhart IN, South Bend, Niles...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:10 PM EDT Friday the stage was 11.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Sunday morning and continue rising to 13.3 feet early Tuesday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Instructions

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
