* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood waters begin to affect some farm buildings near Stryker and flood some secondary roads.

- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.3 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
