Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Defiance, De Kalb and Allen IN Counties.

Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier affecting Williams County.

Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Defiance, Fulton OH and Williams Counties.

Tippecanoe River near Ora affecting Pulaski County.

Tippecanoe River above Winamac affecting White, Carroll and Pulaski Counties.

Saint Joseph River Michigan at Niles affecting Cass MI, St. Joseph and Berrien Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:40 PM EDT Saturday was 12.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
